My problem with my weight started eighteen years ago when I became pregnant for the first time. I have a big bone structure and as a child, I never thought of myself as FAT, even though a teacher in the boarding school rudely reminded me not to eat more than one portion of potatoes.
I tried everything and 95% of the diets worked and on one diet, I lost 40kg. My problem is that I can’t keep the weight off for long. My weight went up and down and the end product was that I weighed something different every day until I was back to my old weight.
